Right of withdrawal for consumers

This section applies only to consumers, meaning natural persons who enter into a contract for purposes outside their trade, business or profession, and only to contracts concluded at a distance (for example online, by email or by phone).

1. Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract (§ 357a BGB).

4. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early if the services have been fully performed and you have
(1) expressly requested that performance begin before the end of the withdrawal period and
(2) acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).
